Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetStayBooked.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Services
Get Stay Booked provides AI-powered business automation systems, website development, CRM setup, AI agent deployment, and related digital infrastructure services. Service scope is defined by the tier and plan selected at time of purchase.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments & Billing
All fees are billed through Stripe. Setup fees are one-time charges due at project initiation. Monthly management fees are recurring and billed on the same date each month. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final once any of the following conditions are met:
- System provisioning has begun
- Automation deployment has started
- Integrations have been connected
- Dashboard or platform access has been granted
- AI agents have been activated
Refunds are only eligible if none of the above have occurred. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. No exceptions. No manual overrides.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, templates, and automation architectures remain the intellectual property of Get Stay Booked until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their business.
7. Limitation of Liability
Get Stay Booked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
